Current Ticketed Patrons Instructions
Thank you so much for your loyalty and support while waiting until this moment – the 2022 Season!
We ask that you extend just a little more patience as we care for all of our ticketed patrons. There are more than 500 of you. We want to provide each of you with the quality, personal service which we have always strived for and that you deserve!
The Box Office may be reached 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling 814-629-9220 x1
or by emailing boxoffice@mountainplayhouse.org. When emailing or leaving a voice message – please be sure to include your name and telephone number so that a member of the staff can contact you.
During the return call, the staff member will talk you through the various options in respect to your order and what you wish to have happen: new seat location, conversion to extra seats for a show, switch to a different show, etc. There are so many scenarios with all of you, attempting a description here would prove confusing. Rest assured that what you want is what we will do our very best to provide.
At this time, the week of March 28 will be devoted to addressing each of your ticket orders, including the following:
- Re-seating in seats at the Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center
- Processing any additional seats you wish
- Completing refund requests.
Refunds will be given without question. Show titles and dates are different. The full subscription has been reduced to four shows from the original 6, with one new title. There is a temporary location this season, the new dates and the titles may not be what you wish this year. Refunds will be issued by check.
The current plan is to release tickets for sale to the general public on Friday, April 1.
If we have not cared for all of you by that time, the release will shift to Saturday, April 2.
Refund Values are based upon the type of ticket package you have and the location of those seats.
